Reporter is invite-only. Enter the address you were invited
with and a sign-in link will arrive by email — there is no password to
remember, and none to leave on a shared reporting-room machine.
The session opens with the lab’s own report template loaded,
prefilled normal.
Speech, transcription and the
report all run on this laptop.
Speech is streamed over an
encrypted connection through our relay server to Graphyt’s transcription
machine in India. Audio and report text are stored only on that machine
and are used solely to improve Reporter’s accuracy. The relay keeps
timings and counts, never your recordings. Please don’t dictate
patient names or ID numbers — fill the header fields by hand.
Space starts and pauses dictation at any time —
including from the “type an utterance” box, as long as it is empty.
